At Skin Technology Spa, we take pride in offering the highest-quality spa treatments, skincare products, and advanced devices.
For hygiene, safety, and to ensure product integrity, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

• We offer exchanges only on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase.
   
• If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.
   

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
   
• Must be in the original packaging.
   
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
   

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   

• We do not offer cash or credit card refunds on any products or services purchased, including those bought using Affirm installment plans.
   

• Your Affirm financing plan remains in effect regardless of our store’s refund or exchange policy.
   
• This means you are still responsible for completing payments on your financing agreement according to the terms you accepted with Affirm.
   
• Exchanges do not affect your Affirm payment plan, and we do not adjust or cancel your financing agreement for an exchange.
