Skin Technology Spa provides:

• Advanced non-medical spa treatments
   
• High-grade skincare products & devices
   

All services and products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

• Appointments may require a deposit.
   
• Payments for services or products can be made by major credit cards, via Stripe, Square, or installment options through Affirm.
   

If you choose Affirm at checkout, your financing agreement is directly with Affirm. Please review their full terms at https://www.affirm.com/terms. You remain responsible for payments to Affirm regardless of our exchange policy.

Our Refund & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

• No refunds.
   
• Exchanges allowed on unopened, unused products within 14 days.
   

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with PIPEDA (Canada) and PIPA (BC).

All content on our website (text, logos, images, design) is owned by or licensed to Skin Technology Spa. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Technology Spa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our site or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
